Parent Support/Service Hour Submission - Step by Step Directions
Thank you for volunteering your time at RHLS. We appreciate you!It is the responsibility of the volunteer to correctly record their Support/Service hours and submit them online using the RHLS app (links to FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb). Support/Service hours are validated and tracked by the school office and can be viewed on FACTS Family Portal - ParentsWeb at anytime.
Please submit your Volunteer Support/Service Hours directly into our FACTS student database. Here are the step-by-step directions:
- Sign into FACTSMgt.com using this link: CLICK HERE for FACTS Family Portal. This will auto-populate the screen with all your personal information.
- Click on Family from left column drop down, choose your name from the middle top small drop down menu box on screen.
- Click on the Add+ under Service Hours (far right).
- Complete the form and save.
