OC Top Workplace

Red Hill Lutheran Church and School has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Orange County Register Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Red Hill Lutheran School is an outreach ministry of Red Hill Lutheran Church, founded in 1961. Located in Tustin, CA, RHLS was recently awarded as a National Blue Ribbon School, voted Best Faith-Based Elementary and Junior High School in Orange County, and has had several teachers win Top 25 Teachers of Orange County.
