Permission to Walk to/from School

3rd - 8th Grade students have the option to walk to and/or from school without a parent. However, a Permission Form must be completed and on file in the office. In addition, students must sign-in and sign-out in the office. To complete form please access FACTSMgt.com and sign into your FACT Parent Portal Account. The form is under Web Forms.
