Meet Your Teacher

As we prepare to welcome your child(ren) back to campus on August 19 (Kinder-2nd) and August 20 (all students) we wanted to share some important dates and times with you.

Friday, August 15th: Meet Your Teacher Day for All Students and Parents!

Preschool scheduled to come alphabetically by last name:

(A-G) 8:30-9:00 am
(H-N) 9:00-9:30 am
(O-Z) 9:30-10:00 am

Bring your classroom supplies and emergency supply kit! You will also pick up your nap mat and spirit shirt.

Kindergarten: 9:00-10:30 am (Note: Kindergarten Families - classroom supplies are provided by the school)
1st-5th Grades: 10:00-11:30 am
Middle School: 11:00 am-12:30 pm

Bring your classroom supplies, pick up your spirit shirt, and your middle school locker assignment (6th-8th)!

Kindergarten-8th Grade parent/student times are an open house format. Please come anytime during the indicated time slot.

Kindergarten-8th Grade Uniforms: Our gently used uniform closet is available for our families, you are welcome to stop by the office to browse our uniforms anytime between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (except for Tuesday, August 14th from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm due to an all staff safety training). There are no fees for these items. New uniforms can be purchased through Vicki Marsha.

Tuesday, August 19th: 1st Day of School for Kindergarten - 2nd Grade, MINIMUM DAY 8:25-12:00 pm

Gates open at 8:00 / pick-up time 12-12:15 / no lunch, no daycare, please send a snack and water bottle.

N.E.S.T. Orientation - 8:15-2:15 pm for all NEW incoming middle school students and parents (All 6th graders and new 7th & 8th graders (see flyer below).

Wednesday, August 20th: 1st Day of School for Preschool and 3rd-8th Grade (All Students)
Normal Schedule with our first chapel of the year at 8:25 am (K-8)

Back to School Nights
Preschool: Monday, August 18th, 6:00 pm (parents only)
Kinder-5: Tuesday, August 26th, 6:00 pm (parents only)
Middle School: Thursday, August 28th, 6:00 pm (parents only)

Welcome Back Family Event
Sunday Morning, September 14th - Details to follow.

Principal Marquardt will send emails out on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 6th, sharing the exciting news of class placements with a welcome letter from your child's teacher(s).
