Saturday 3/23 OLu Instrumental Music Youth Invitational

12:45 pm Meet at OLu. in their main parking lot for Concert Band (Please note String Orchestra is right after Concert Band if your student is also in String Orchestra)
1:00 pm - 1:30pm Warm up as group.
1:30 pm Perform on the Nechita stage and be adjudicated by esteemed instrumental judges who will also work with the groups.
We will wear concert formals for this event.
The entire commitment will be over at 2:15pm so please plan on staying on site. There is no longer an award ceremony. The ensemble will be presented their award during the clinic. During our warm up, you can take your seats in the Nechita Center and be ready to go when it is our turn to perform. If your son or daughter is also in orchestra, they will accompany me to the Orchestra meeting place.
