Jamie Hernandez
Mrs. Hernandez strives to create a caring and loving classroom where students feel supported, celebrated, and encouraged to grow into the people God has called them to be. She is passionate about teaching and works hard to ensure her students not only succeed academically but also enjoy the process of learning. Her classroom is a place where joy, encouragement, and teamwork come together to inspire positive change and lasting growth.
In addition to her teaching role, Mrs. Hernandez serves as a worship leader and has a deep love for music. Whether it’s singing, dancing, or even rapping, music is a joyful part of her life and family. At home, you will often find the Hernandez family gathered together, filling their home with laughter, creativity, and song. Her enthusiasm, energy, and heart for both faith and students make her a vibrant part of the Red Hill Lutheran community.
A habit of mind that has strengthened me is creating, imagining, and innovating. I find the greatest joy and fulfillment in exploring new ideas, and I take pride in producing work that reflects creativity and excellence. When I am creating, I feel energized and inspired, and that energy often carries over into other areas of my work and life. It reminds me that growth often comes from curiosity and the courage to try something new.
