Paul Marquardt

Dr. Paul Marquardt has dedicated over 30 years to the field of education, serving in a variety of roles including elementary teacher, athletic director, coach, and school administrator. His experience also extends to higher education, where he served as a college professor and Assistant Dean at Concordia University Irvine. Throughout his career, Dr. Marquardt has combined his passion for leadership and teaching with his commitment to Christian education.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, equipping him with both the academic training and practical experience to lead with wisdom, vision, and faith.

Dr. Marquardt finds great joy in partnering with students, parents, faculty, and staff to create a Christ-centered learning environment. He believes education is not only about knowledge, but also about shaping character and faith, and he is dedicated to bringing both to life each day in meaningful and lasting ways.
