Laila Jones

Laila Jones serves as a 3rd–5th Grade Teacher Aide and MTSS Aide at Red Hill Lutheran School, a place that has always been close to her heart as she was once a student here herself. With a love for working with children of all ages, Laila brings enthusiasm, care, and dedication to her role. Whether she’s supporting students in the classroom, babysitting little ones, or connecting with teens at youth group, she finds joy in encouraging young people and helping them grow.

Laila is currently finishing up her college studies while also gaining valuable hands-on experience in education. Beyond her work at Red Hill, she spends her summers serving at Forest Home, a Christian camp ministry, and during the school year she also works at a bridal shop. With her mother teaching in the preschool program at Red Hill, Laila feels blessed to be part of a community that has been such a meaningful part of her life and now allows her to pour into the next generation of students.
