Maggie Radmacher
Mrs. Maggie Radmacher has been a beloved part of Red Hill Lutheran School for two decades. She first joined RHLS as a volunteer in July 2004 and, just a year later, stepped into the role of Registrar, where she has faithfully served ever since.
Born and raised in Colima, Mexico, Mrs. Radmacher attended college there before moving to California. Her bilingual background and warm, welcoming spirit have been a tremendous blessing to our school community. Known for her versatility, Maggie truly does a little bit of everything at RHLS—whether it’s managing student records, supporting teachers and staff, or lending a hand wherever help is needed.
What she treasures most about her work is being part of the Red Hill Lutheran family. She feels grateful for the opportunity to partner with parents and staff in supporting our students, and she considers it a joy to serve in an environment where Christ is at the center. Maggie’s kindness, dedication, and servant’s heart make her a cherished member of our school.

A habit that God has strengthened in me is striving for accuracy. I value being careful and thorough in my work, whether it’s supporting teachers, helping parents, or managing details in the office. This blesses me because it allows me to serve others with excellence and reflect God’s care in even the smallest tasks.
