Student Leadership

At Red Hill Lutheran School, we believe every student has the potential to make a positive impact. That is why we intentionally create opportunities for students to grow as leaders; not only within our school community, but in the world beyond our campus.

Leadership at Red Hill is about more than holding a title. It is about developing Christ-like character, serving others with humility, taking initiative, and learning to lead with integrity. As students grow academically, spiritually, and personally, they are encouraged to use their unique gifts to support their classmates, teachers, and community.

One of the many ways students can develop these skills is through our Associated Student Body (ASB) program. ASB gives students the opportunity to plan events, build school spirit, serve their peers, and take on meaningful responsibilities that strengthen confidence and teamwork.

Whether serving in ASB, participating in classroom leadership, mentoring younger students, or volunteering at school events, our students are empowered to lead with purpose. By fostering leadership from an early age, we help prepare students to become compassionate servants, confident decision-makers, and faithful leaders wherever God calls them next.
