Dear Preschool Families,
Fall is here, and we are so excited to celebrate God’s beautiful harvest season with our very own RHL
Preschool Pumpkin Patch!
This year, we will be transforming our grassy playground on Yard II into a festive pumpkin patch filled with
pumpkins, hay bales, fall games, and lots of harvest-time fun! To help make our pumpkin patch extra
special, we are asking each family to donate one unlabeled pumpkin. Please choose a pumpkin that your child
can lift and carry independently, as our kiddos will be doing lots of hands-on exploring with them!
Throughout the week, our preschool friends will enjoy fun fall activities such as pumpkin ring toss, weighing
and measuring pumpkins, adorable photo opportunities, and even hayrides (wagon rides)!
And the best part? At the end of our Pumpkin Patch week, each child will get to choose a pumpkin to take
home!
Pumpkin Drop-Off:
Pumpkins may be brought to your child’s classroom beginning the week of October 12th. Please have all
pumpkins turned in no later than Friday, October 16th.
