Our professional photographer is scheduled to take graduation photos in the Red Hill Lutheran Sanctuary on March 7. Individual photos will begin at 7:30 a.m. Please plan on having your child at school between 7:30 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. for their photo. We have scheduled an early photo time so that no core classes are missed by the students.

After all individual photos are taken a group shot will be taken of all graduates on the Sanctuary stairs. These memorable photos will be available for you to purchase for display in your home or to share with your friends and extended family.

You child should come to school dressed for their photo - please pack a school uniform and shoes to change into after the photo. A bright blue graduation cap & gown will be provided for the photo (as well as on graduation day). The top of their shirt/blouse will show and their lower legs and shoes. The outfit does not need to be what they will wear for graduation, since it will mostly be covered, but rather follow the guidelines below.

Girls:
Blouse/top that hits mid chest so it will show above the "V" neck of the bright blue gown in a color that will not clash.
With the cap, hair down or half back looks best, or a long pony that can be pulled forward. All hair pulled back gets lost because of the cap.
Light make-up to cover blemishes is okay. Other natural make-up is fine but will need to be removed before class.
Shoes - dress shoe or sandals.

Boys:
A collared shirt and tie. Most ties work as long as they aren’t a color that clashes with the gown.
If your son has a front spike in their hair the cap will need to sit further back on their head.
Dress shoes - or nice dark solid colored tennis shoes.
We are also in need of a few parents that would like to help during the picture times from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. You will receive Pride hours! Please email me if you can help out with handing out the robes and making sure everyone looks smart! You will have one staff member with you at all times to help organize the students. This is an exciting day for the students and parent volunteers are very important to help zip up gowns, place the caps on properly and generally get the students ready for the photo.
