(Monday - Friday from 2:45pm - 6:00pm)
Important Information and Schedule

We are pleased to offer Daycare By-the-Hour for Kindergarten - 8th Grade. Below is some important information to give your child the best experience and give you a clearer understanding of the program.

Daycare Plan Registration: Email will be sent to families on July 31st with link to register. CLICK HERE for Daycare Plan Options.

Daycare By-the-Hour: Please email Caroline at [email protected] if you are planning to use our daycare by-the-hour. You can do this each day your child will attend, or estimate the entire week, month or school year! (For example: Timmy Jones will be in daycare by-the-hour every Wednesday and Thursday until further notice.) Daycare by-the-hour is charged by the hour at a rate of $20 per hour (no prorated hours). 2:45 - 3:00 is free for K-4 (during car-line). You will be charged on the hour starting at 3:00pm.

Daycare Program Notes: Your child will be given a snack when they arrive in daycare each day. Fresh fruit will be available as a gluten free option. You are encouraged to send an extra snack with your child on the days you will be using daycare by-the-hour. We will also have our Snack Shack open during the second hour of daycare from 4:15 - 4:45 pm. Please let me know if your child is allowed to purchase a snack at the Snack Shack. We will charge your FACTS account for all purchases. Everything will cost between $.50 - $2.00.

Daycare Schedule: Here is our basic schedule for each afternoon. These details may change based on staffing and interests of our students, but will give you a basic idea of what we offer.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOUR CHILD IS ALLOWED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING AT THE SNACK SHACK
If your child is going to stay until we close at 6 or close to it, I recommend packing an extra snack or two for him or her.
6:00 All students picked up by this time.

Pick-Up Information: When you come to pick up your child, enter campus via the school office until they close at 5pm or use a fob to enter through the gate near the basketball court. A fob will be required after 5pm. Fobs can be picked up in the school office any day between 7:30am-5pm.

Daycare By-the-Hour: There will be a table outside the Snack Shack with several clipboards. Look for the “Daycare By-the-Hour” clipboard, find your child’s name, note the time and sign him or her out.

Daycare Plan ends by 6pm each day, but you can come and pick up your child anytime after the car line is finished at 3:20pm. You will always pick up your child at either the table outside the Snack Shack or inside the Daycare room next door in the event of inclement weather.

Please let me know if you ever have questions or concerns. We love working with your child in the afternoons and want him or her to always feel comfortable, safe and happy to be here.
