Parent Service Hour Submission

 

Thank you for volunteering your time at RHLS. We appreciate you! It is the responsibility of the volunteer to correctly record Service Hours in their FACTS Family Portal.  Service hours are validated and tracked by the school office and can be viewed on the parents FACTS Family Portal at any time.

 

**The office does not enter parent service hours; parents' must enter their own hours via FACTs.

 

Step-by-step Submission Directions:

  • Sign into FACTSMgt.com using this link: CLICK HERE for FACTS Family Portal. This will auto-populate the screen with all your personal information.
  • Click on Family from left column drop down, choose your name from the middle top small drop-down menu box on screen.
  • Click on the Add+ under Service Hours (far right).
  • Complete the form and save.
Middle School Service Hour Submission
 

As part of our Middle School program, all students are asked to complete 5 service hours per school year at RHLS. Students who attend RHLS from 6th–8th grade will accumulate a total of 15 service hours by graduation.

 

We kindly ask that students complete a Service Hour Form and turn it in to the office as they finish their service hours so we can accurately track their progress.
