Red Hill Lutheran School (RHLS) encourages parent volunteerism in the school and on class field
trips. The K-8 Parent-Student Handbook 2022-2023 contains information about class field trips
(pgs. 41-42). In addition to that information, we ask that you read the following requirements and
always adhere to them should you be selected to chaperone a class field trip. Your signature on this
form assures us that you understand and agree to these guidelines and requirements. Failure to
abide by these requirements will result in exclusion from future volunteer – chaperone
opportunities.
