Mr. Smith has been blessed to be a part of the Red Hill Lutheran School family since 2014. He teaches Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Robotics and Automation. In the classroom, he strives to engage students in Common Core-aligned lessons with a focus on hands-on activities, student inquiry, and project-based learning. He feels truly blessed and privileged to be able to work with young students and have the opportunity to impact their lives for the Lord! Mr. Smith was recently named an Orange County Teacher of the Year by the Orange County Department of Education. He is the first ever private school teacher to receive this honor!

In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, hiking, golfing, camping, wakeboarding, and anything else that buys him time with his three daughters.
