Fees Due at Registration:
For Pre-School and Pre-K students: There is a $200.00 non-refundable processing fee per student. This fee also pays for student insurance, one Spirit Shirt, and a Nap Mat. Students must be three years of age by September 1, 2008 and fully potty-trained to enroll in the Pre-School classes and four years of age by September 1, 2008 and fully potty-trained to enroll in the Pre-Kindergarten classes. Applications will not be considered until all required paperwork is submitted.
For Kindergarten through Grade 8: Returning Student Registration fee is $400.00. New Student Registration fee is $425.00 This per student fee covers Student Accident Insurance, Book Rental, Curriculum Consumables, General Art and Music Materials, Computer Technology/Software, Standardized Testing, Spirit Shirt, Yearbook, Agenda, and homework folders. All K-8 students new to the school must pass the Entrance Evaluation which will also determine appropriate course or grade level placement. Students not accepted by the school will receive a partial refund of $350.00. The Registration fee is not refundable for any other reason. Applications will not be considered until all required paperwork is submitted.

Tuition For Pre-School

FIRST PAYMENT DUE JULY 1
Monthly tuition is calculated by the total number of days in the school year divided by ten equal payments. Consequently, monthly tuition remains constant regardless of the number of school days that month. Payment is due the FIRST of each month beginning July through May; *Please note that there is no tuition payment due in February, the month of annual registration. Bills are not issued for monthly tuition. Tuition is late after the 5th of the month and a 10% penalty will be assessed on the total family account balance. Extensions for payment are not provided when due dates occur on weekends or holidays. Payment options are listed below:

the Thrivent
Simply Giving® program.

Option #2*: Tuition
may be prepaid for the entire school year on or before July 1
and
a 5% discount will be deducted
from your family account balance.

by personal check or cash submitted to the school office
by the 5th of each month.
*NOTE: Options #1 and #2 are strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated
as they enable our school to direct our time and resources to other
areas.

RHLC MEMBER DISCOUNTS – Discounts
will be provided to Red Hill Lutheran Church members on an individual
student basis in
addition to family discounts. Families must have completed
the church membership process by July 1 and must regularly
attend
RHLC (at least 2-3 times per month). Kindergarten – Grade
8: Subtract $500.00 per student from the total yearly tuition
amount.
Supplemental Costs:
For Pre-School and Pre-K students:
PRIDE Hours (Ten service hours per family per year for five day students and five service hours per family per year for three or two day students OR $25.00 for every hour not served), Special Events, Pictures, Yearbook, and other incidental costs will be the parents’ responsibility.
For Kindergarten through Grade 8:
PRIDE Service Hours (Ten service hours per year per family or $25.00 for every hour not served), Special Events, Class Trips, Pictures and other incidental costs will be the parents’ responsibility.
