Mrs. Cindy Jordan is beginning her fourth year at Red Hill Lutheran School. She has 15 years of experience as an educator as well as a school administrator. Mrs. Jordan holds degrees in Early Childhood Education and Liberal Arts. She earned her Master of Arts Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, K-12, from Concordia University, Irvine. She also holds a California Professional Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and is actively engaged in continuing education in her field.

Mrs. Tarkoff has been teaching at Red Hill Lutheran School since 2003 and has been a part of administration since 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies with an emphasis in English as well as her Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential from California State University, Fullerton. She is earned her Master's in Education in 2008 with her project entitled "Integrating Technology into the Writing Process" for which she received "Outstanding Project" and "Outstanding Graduate Student" awards. She is a fellow of the UCI Writing Project. Mrs. Tarkoff loves books and enjoys teaching Language Arts. She and her husband have two sons, Alex and Austin. Besides books, her family enjoys music. They are members of the Lutheran Church of the Cross in Aliso Viejo.

Mrs. Henry has been at Red Hill Lutheran School since 2002. Mrs. Henry serves as the Director of the Pre=School Department. She is also a Pre-K teacher. .Mrs. Henry has been teaching in the Early Childhood Education field for 12 years. Mrs. Henry earned her Early Childhood Education and Administration Certificate from Orange Coast College. She was the Director and a teacher at a Catholic School before coming to Red Hill. Mrs. Henry served as a Co-Director for two years and now serves as the Academic Director of the Pre-School Department. Mrs. Henry enjoys being outdoors, riding motorcycles, relaxing in the sun, and being with her son, Logan, and family.

Pastor Tom has served our church since 1994. Ordained in 1985, he served two parishes before arriving at Red Hill Lutheran Church. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and a Master's of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. His seminary training and subsequent Master of Divinity Degree is from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, California. Pastor Tom is married and has one child.

Pastor Seth was ordained in 1997. He works in the areas of discipleship, evangelism, pastoral care, and family ministry. He also teaches middle school Bible at Red Hill Lutheran School. Pastor Seth has a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Fullerton, a Master of Divinity Degree from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary. Pastor Seth and his wife, Julie, have three children and one grandson.

Heather Bullock grew up in Southern California and was a competitive gymnast for many years. She attended high school locally and attended Saddleback College for one year. She graduated from Pacific Travel School and then went on to do corporate travel. After marrying and relocating to North Carolina Mrs. Bullock continued doing government and military travel arrangements. After returning to Southern California, Mrs. Bullock returned to school at Orange Coast College and began working at Red Hill Lutheran School in 2002 . Mrs. Bullock is married and her children attend RHLS. She is also a church member of RHLC.

Mrs. Bullock was the first recipient of the Red Hill Lutheran School Board Exemplary Service Award in October 2008, honoring her for her dedication, devotion, and leadership to students and families of our school.

Jody Killion attended University of California, Irvine where she received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. Jody has been married to Arik since 1995 and they have four boys ranging in age from first grade through college. Jody has two students attending RHLS and is also a member of Red Hill Lutheran Church. This is their family’s fifth year at RHLS! Jody has served RHLS as room parent, PTF officer and School Board member. Jody is thrilled to be working in the RHLS office!

Mrs. Maggie Radmacher began working at Red Hill Lutheran School as a volunteer in July 2004, and became the Registrar in July 2005. She was born and raised in Colima, Mexico where she earned her Bachelor’ s Degree in Computers Science. She loves being part of the Red Hill Family and enjoys the blessing of working with kids.

Lis and her family became members of Red Hill Lutheran Church in 1995. It felt like home then and still does now, especially since joining the staff in 2001. Lis makes everything we do click, and we are very grateful for everything she does around here!

Lori Browne joins the Red Hill Lutheran School team as the Director of Admissions and Publicity. Her responsibilities (and joys) are to share the news of the many great programs that take place on our campus on a daily basis.
Mrs. Browne graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in Business with a Marketing emphasis. She is a member of RHLC.

Lori has been happily married over 20 years to Scott Browne. They are blessed with two teenage sons.

Ms. Janelle Kennedy is in her fourth year at Red Hill Lutheran School. She has worked with children for 30 years in various positions including classroom teacher and administration. She has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Vanguard University and a Masters in Education from Biola University. She is currently serving in the position of Enrichment Program Director.
