Red Hill Lutheran School Board
The School Board, which consists of members of Red Hill Lutheran Church, is the governing and policy-making body of Red Hill Lutheran School. The board chair sits on the Church Council, which is ultimately responsible for the school. The primary objective of the School Board is to provide oversight, and, together with the Principal, develop strategy and discern the fulfillment of our vision. The School Board establishes policies and advises the Principal in the implementation and administration of the total school program under the direction of the Senior Pastor, Seth Britton. It is the goal of the School Board to operate a Christ-centered school as a ministry of Red Hill Lutheran Church that will adhere to the School’s mission, vision, purpose and statement of faith. The School Board is also responsible for approving the School’s annual budget before submitting it to the Stewardship Board and the Church Congregation for approval.
The School Board consists of seven to nine Red Hill Lutheran Church members. We currently have seven members serving. They are:
The School Board meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Anyone in the Red Hill Lutheran Church or School family is welcome to attend a General Session meeting. However, should you wish to attend, please follow the meeting attendance protocol which can be obtained by contacting the school office. The Executive Session is closed to non-School Board Members due to the highly sensitive and confidential information discussed during this session.
